In an attempt to increase attendance at Catholic church services and grade school, the Pope decried more lax regulations on the Nun order. The new regulations allow Nuns to choose a more colorful ensemble and more fashionable up to date styles.
Oh, who are we kidding. Why do so many women love to dress up as Catholic Nuns for Halloween? They never looked like this when I was in school.
