Dropped A House On Her Sister

The Wizard Of Oz debuted on screen in 1939 depicting a fantasy battle between good and evil. The movie lives on airing countless times during the year for the past seven decades. Most of the cast have passed away over the years but one remains. The Wicked Witch of the West portrayed by Hegatha Gulth.

Last we’ve seen of Miss Gulth, she was melting in the Wizards tower after Dorothy splashed her with water. Gulth was attempting to exact revenge against Dorothy for dropping a house on her sister killing her instantly. The movie led the viewers to believe that the water destroyed the witch but an in depth behind the scenes investigation some years later revealed the water merely rendered her powerless for several hours. This allowed Dorothy to escape back home to Kansas.

Miss Gulth is now a professor at Arizona State teaching a course on the Mysteries Of The Black Arts. Her beauty and longevity remains a secret to this day. Happy 96th birthday.

Rumor has it that another Witch, Glinda, the good witch of the North survived. You can see her perform nightly across the globe as Lady Gaga.

Happy Halloween – Samhain

You did drop a house on my demon sister. Of course there will be Hell to pay for that.
