Alcatraz Secrets – The Pilot Episode

Alcatraz Secrets

The Grassy Knoll Institute Reveals All The Secrets About The FOX network Series, ALCATRAZ.

I watched the new FOX network series Alcatraz last night. My interest was piqued not because it was a new series by ABC Lost producer J.J. Abrams, but because my wife and I had recently visited Alcatraz island and took the in-depth tour. (It was a fantastic tour, well worth the time and money if you are ever in San Francisco)

The show began with a voice over history of the closing of the “Rock,” March 21st, 1963 where 256 prisoners were taken to other maximum security prisons for Alcatraz was quickly eroding and was very costly to maintain.

The next scene was modern-day on the island as hundreds of tourists were walking the grounds when out of thin air former inmate #2024 Jack Sylvanne appears in solitary. Jack was 85 years old but didn’t age a day since he left Alcatraz in 1963.

A flashback to 1963 shows two security guards coming onto the island to find it deserted. (Flashbacks, oh no, not another Lost on our hands)

Back to present time:
Jack steals a coat and boards one of the boats docked and returns back to San Francisco. He immediately hunts down former Deputy Warden E.B. Tiller who was a rotten S.O.B. to Jack and apparently the other inmates. (Ahh, the plot of Alcatraz is revealed)

Enter Emerson Houser, the mysterious government man who has an office below Alcatraz prison. He reveals to detective Rebecca Madsen and Doc Diego Soto (Hurley from Lost) that he has been waiting a long time for the return of the prisoners than vanished in 1963. He seems to know more that what he reveals to Madsen and Doc.

Of course Jack is captured and secretly taken to a hidden facility in the woods. When the steel doors open, inside is an exact replica of Alcatraz prison.

Another prisoner appears and goes on a shooting spree and he is captured but before he is, he shoots Lucy Banerjee, Houser’s side kick. She is in critical condition but another flash back reveals that she was at the prison in 1960 and she hasn’t aged a day.

Cue the Alcatraz logo and music.

Just what is the Grassy Knoll Institutes Alcatraz theory…
Well, Alcatraz certainly has the look and feel like ABC Lost. Flash backs, mystery, time travel, good guys, bad guys, Hurley, a Juliet replacement in detective Madsen, (Great rack) even a character named Jack. Numbers like in Lost are seen throughout the Alcatraz pilot. We have Lost island and Alcatraz island, both have some strange goings on there. Both had some sort of time travel with castaways and inmates gone missing. Maybe even aliens that conducted experiments on the inmates. (Tongue in cheek)

The facts are this:

* The inmates mysteriously disappeared March 21st, 1963.

* The main characters are connected to each other.

* Blood was taken from inmates for some reason.

* One inmate knew something bad was going to happen.

* Lucy is 80 plus years old but appears to be in her 20’s.

* Houser knows more than he is letting on.

* Houser was one of two guards that found the prison empty.

* Madsen has a great rack.

* The inmates that returned are afraid and seem to have no free will of their own. Almost as if they were being controlled by a hidden force.

* Humankind does not have the technology to transport people in time, prevent them from aging, or suspended animation.

OK, here goes, my preliminary theory is:
The inmates were abducted from a mysterious consortium of men from the future. The inmates were then put into suspended animation until present day. The reason for the abduction is to use the inmates to change the course of history for the benefit of the consortium. Once their mission is complete, world events will unfold differently.

Added bonus: Notice the futuristic Alcatraz prison Houser takes the prisoners after they completed their mission. Perhaps this is where the prisoners are put back on ice until they are needed again.

Your thoughts….

Lindsay Lohan Surprise Guest on Lost Finale

Posted by LOTGK on April 1, 2010

Lohan Smoking Again

Contrary to earlier reports that Lindsay Lohan was found dead on the red carpet in Hollywood earlier this morning, we can happily confirm she is alive and her career is getting a much needed boost.

In a bold move to boost ratings for the Lost series finale, ABC studios has contracted Lindsay Lohan to portray a female Smoke Monster. Ms. Lohan will be battling the island’s evil smoke monster for dominance of the island.

The Grassy Knoll Institute was able to obtain a few stills of the series finale. In this scene, during an alternate reality sideways flash, you can see Lindsay transforming into the smoke monster. Lindsay is headed to a posh night club to listen to her favorite DJ Sam.

ABC Lost Series Finale Sneak Peak Vidcaps

Posted by LOTGK on April 1, 2010

ABC Lost Finale Sneak Peak

For those of you that have been watching ABC’s Lost for the past six seasons, I feel quite sorry for you. All along the writers of Lost, Damon Lidelof and Carlton Cuse claimed they had an end game finale for the show and when it was revealed, it would explain most of the questions viewers had pondered for all these years. Ladies and gentlemen, I give you a screen shot from ABC’s Lost finale episode, the end game. WTF!

In the above photo, Cuse and Lidelof cryptically explain what the viewers are seeing and what they represent.
The man on the far left front, holding a briefcase and wearing a hat, and holding a chicken: He represents the castaways journey, the travel not just to the island, but everything experienced from that point on. Many of the castaways were frightened from what they saw and experienced. hence the chicken.

The Leprechaun to the right of the man holding the chicken: The Leprechaun represents all the magical and mysterious events that happened on the island. And with all leprechaun’s, sometimes the magic is good, and sometimes it’s evil. Exactly what transpired on Lost.

The man in the bow tie by the fence, directly behind the man holding the chicken: He represents Jacob, the protector of the island. Notice he is protecting the perimeter of the fence line not letting anyone escape.

The boy directly to the right of the man guarding the fence: This boy represents Richard Alpert. The man who never ages. Richard made a bargain with Jacob to be his second-hand man, his intermediary to the castaways.

The marionette with its eyes closed to the right of the Leprechaun: It represents unseen, or unknowing the Lost castaways went through on their sojourn. They blindly marched forward into the unknown.

The man to the marionette’s right, in suspenders, arms folded wearing a hat: He represents all the anger, anguish, and frustration of the castaways in their pursuit of happiness and redemption.

The person dressed in the cow costume on the right side: This person represents all the craziness and the light-hearted humor interwoven into the Lost episodes throughout the series.

The cows in the back center of the picture: They represent the strange combination and occurrences that happened on the island. Polar bears on a tropical island. Dogs showing up, birds flying and dying, horses running in the jungle.

The man behind the cows in the hat: He represents Ben Linus, a man working behind the scene. He knows everything, sees everything from his vantage point, but reveals nothing.

The man to the right of the cows holding a hose wearing a jumpsuit: He represents all the men on the island. They are looking towards Ben Linus for answers but receive none. They have all the tools needed to survive, except one important tool, a reason.

The man on the right in the back wearing the black hat and black clothes: He represents MIB. Notice he is on the opposite side of Jacob. He is spying the fence looking for any weaknesses in its chain. He’s ready to make a run for the fence and to freedom.

The women in the back on the right: They represent all the women on the island. Most are eye candy like Juliet and her amazing rack, or Kate and her tight little butt, or Charlotte and her Aussie accent. They are along for the ride, being pulled by the wagon not knowing which direction their choices will take them in life.

That’s it folks. ABC Lost in a nutshell. A single frame from the series finale end game. Sorry to have spoiled your enjoyment of Lost.

Lost Update Twilight Zone: Where Is Everyone

Posted by LOTGK on December 10, 2009

twilight zone lost

Countdown To February - The Final Season

It has been a little while since my last Lost update and as we patiently wait for the start of season six, the final season of Lost to begin February second, 2010. As promised earlier, we are going to discuss the correlation between Rod Serling’s science fiction television program, The Twilight Zone, (1959-1964) and the current ABC network hit, Lost.

Some Background Before we Proceed:
The Twilight Zone was a classic science fiction television series created by Rod Serling that aired from 1959 to 1964. Each episode intertwined the supernatural with topical moral events in today’s society ending with a twist convoluting the outcome. I argue that the same can be said about ABC Lost. The castaways are more than just stranded on an island. There are mysterious forces at work of powers unknown. And just like the Twilight Zone, a twist is inserted in the story convoluting the outcome.

The Twilight Zone had a standard format. Each episode began with a prologue, usually with the host, Rod Serling doing the voice over introducing the characters and setting. At the end of the show, Serling would offer up a final narration of what the viewer just witnessed.

Tonight’s offering is: Season 1 Episode 1 Where Is Everybody

I think once you see the similarities of both programs, you will quickly realize that Lost is a modern day Twilight Zone.

The place is here, the time is now, and the journey into the shadows that we’re about to watch could be our journey.

Mike Ferris wakes and finds himself in a strange town all alone. He is dressed in an air force uniform but doesn’t remember how he got there. As he walks through town, he seems to have just missed finding people as he sees water dripping from faucets, stoves burning, food cooking, tea boiling, cigarettes in ashtrays but no living sole in sight. While in the street, he clicks the traffic walk sign which brings him back to reality. Mr. Ferris was in an experiment for the space agency, testing his ability to cope with being alone in the void of space.

Up there, up there in the vastness of space, in the void that is sky, up there is an enemy known as isolation. It sits there in the stars waiting, waiting with the patience of eons, forever waiting… in the Twilight Zone.

Lost Tie In:
Ben Linus is Mr. Ferris. Perhaps Ben is also in an experiment, one to study absolute power and authority and how it affects morality. Similar attire, air force jump suit Mr. Ferris wears and the Dharma institute jump suit Ben wears. The empty town Mr. Ferris sees and the empty village Ben sees. Mr. Ferris in some outlandish experiment dealing with isolation and Ben isolated from the outside world in the middle of some outlandish experiment.

Mr. Ferris then clicks the traffic sign and returns to reality. Perhaps that is what Ben is about to do as well. Click the button and return from scratch. With a new cast and new scenario.

Lost Update – A Tale Of Two Cabins

Lost Update – Summer Of Lost – 08/11/2009

News Flash Lost fans!!!
I was re-watching the season five finale of Lost last night, and I noticed something startling that I did not before. About forty minutes into the two hour finale, Sawyer, Kate, and Juliet, (The big rack blond) were walking through the jungle and happened upon Rose and Bernard and Walt’s dog Vincent. Rose and Bernard were separated from the group during the flaming arrow episode and the two have been living in harmony ever since in a little cabin by the woods.

So what! Big deal! What is the big news flash? Well, a few minutes past that scene, when Juliet declined to have tea with Rose and Bernard saying perhaps another time, the scene switched to Lapidus and the other group of others carting the silver crate holding the body of John Locke. Just where did they land up. That’s right, they wound up at Jacob’s cabin, which is Rose and Bernard’s humble abode.

Take a closer look at both scenes. The huge tree on the right side, the cabin, the lay of the land. Rose and Bernard’s cabin is the same as Jacob’s.

Just how does this tie in to my Lost theory? I know Lost hasn’t aired a new show since May, but come on, you couldn’t have forgotten my theory already can you? In case you are new here, or need a refresher course…

Just what is the Grassy Knoll Institutes Lost theory….I’ve been waiting a long time to tell you…..
Although it appears the survivors of Oceanic flight 815 are on a tropical island, they are being deceived. There is no island. The survivors are in a virtual reality laboratory. All the castaways are interconnected to one another sharing each others thoughts, memories, and feelings. While in this virtual reality laboratory, a battery of physical and mental experiments are performed on them. And who is running these experiments? As Juliet stated, the Aliens of course.

At the end of season five, the ying and yang became the main focus. Good versus evil. Right and wrong. Good and bad. From the pilot episode where Locke played backgammon with Walt and the camera focused on the white and black board pieces, to the black and white stones, right down to Jacob and the unknown man. One wore white pants and the other black. Even Rose and Bernard, a white man and a black woman.

Here you go kids, for something to think about until season six begins. Jacob and the unknown man clearly hate each other. So much so that the unknown man has been searching for a loophole to kill Jacob. Certainly a failed relationship. But just listen what Rose and Bernard told Sawyer, Kate and Juliet that they have been living in peace and harmony for the past several years. They had achieved exactly what everyone is searching for in life.

The ying and the yang my friends. For every experiment, there are always variables. For Jacob and the unknown man, the results were always the same. Remember this conversation at the beginning of season five finale?
Unknown Man: You’re still trying to prove me wrong.
Jacob: You are wrong!
Unknown Man: They come, fight, they destroy, they corrupt. It always ends the same.
Jacob: It only ends once. Anything that happens before that, it’s just progress.

But not for Rose and Bernard. They are the exception. The Yang. Is this what all the experiments wanted to accomplish? Peace and harmony. Rose and Bernard.

Until the next update, Get Lost!
