Two Stage Silver Jet Fireworks Crash
Posted by LOTGK on July 1, 2011
I was experimenting with slow motion video and sound using fireworks as my control subject. By chance, while filming a Two Stage Silver Jet it went haywire and crashed and burned.
The silver jet was supposed to spin on the ground throwing out silver sparks and lift into the sky. It was then supposed to fan out with more sparks and fly into the night sky about 100 feet or so.
Instead, it flopped around on the ground and lifted ever so slightly and crashed to the ground. Watch the video, it explains it way better than words.
Sidenote: Read the instructions on the label of the fireworks you are going to light. It makes them work so much better.

Yes, that is why I posted it, the way after it came crashing down and then picked up steam again and flew into the air.
