I have the entire set, what will you offer me for it?

Kevin, I researched the Kennedy collection cards. If they are in pristine condition and if you have the original holder they came in, card dealers will offer you in the neighborhood of $140,000.00 but they have to be in perfect condition. No scratches, no earmarks, no smudges, stains, discoloring and you must have the original holder.

Kimberly, I was wondering if you have the entire newspaper from that date. I have a portion of that same newspaper that I found after my grandparents passed away, but it is only page 6. If you are interested in selling it, please let me know. I don’t imagine it would be worth much even with the misprint. It was very common to print papers with mistakes, especially if there is a lot of pressure from editors to release the paper to readers. They also were not proof-read if in a hurry. Higher ups were worried about sells more than perfection. I’d like to have the entire paper to hang up in my classroom with the other portion. My students love seeing a piece of history somewhere other than in their history textbooks. If you get a chance, please email me. My email is tishamccoy@hotmail.com
Thanks,
Tisha McCoy

You can go to a library and search the archives for the newspaper from that date. You could then make copies.
