Underbelly Of The Liberty Bell

The Liberty Bell Housed In Philadephia

Last week we visited the city of Philadelphia to get to the bottom of a story about the Liberty Bell and what actually lies beneath it. Many wild theories surround the bell from microfilm evidence of the second shooter on the Grassy Knoll to the cremated remains of Jimmy Hoffa. The above photo is what everyone sees when visiting the Liberty Bell museum but the Grassy Knoll Institute had to have more.

Making a deal with the attendant on duty, I was able to procure a snap shot of what is really under the Liberty Bell. To our knowledge, this is the only photo in existence of what really lies beneath the Liberty Bell.

There you have it folks. The underbelly of the Liberty Bell. Yes, I too was amazed at this sight. I was expecting to see the striker but there is much more. A battery pack, sensors, wires, blue electrical tape, what the hell is this stuff?

The Grassy Knoll Institute believes it is a security system that detects movement in case of attempted theft.
