That can’t be Ted. John is the oldest, then Bobby, then Ted. Ted is the one on Joe’s lap.

Very odd, Joe Kennedy, the oldest son, is not pictured. there is John on the left back, the boy in the white suit looks younger than John, so it cannot be Joe, and Bobby is on his father’s knee. It must be Teddy.
Joe Kennedy died in the war, and this picture was taken in 1934, before the war.
